How can I place an order?
As you browse through the DSDSonline.com site you can add items to
your shopping cart. You can view your cart at anytime to update quantities
or remove items. When you are done shopping click "checkout" and
you will be directed to our secure payment gateway.
What forms of payment do you accept?
DSDS currently uses PAYPAL as our payment gateway. You can use Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Pay with your credit
card without ever exposing your numbers to DSDS. You can shop in
confidence knowing that your credit card information is processed
through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.
How is my information secure?
Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of
128 bits (the highest level commercially available). As a PayPal
user, you’re protected from any payment that you did not authorize.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is charged to orders shipped to New York residents only.
Sales tax, if required, is applied at checkout.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
orders totaling over $1000, pre tax, qualify for complimentary shipping.
Shipments totaling under $1000 are calculated as follows:
•$10 to ship your first item.
•$2 for each item after that.
*ie: order 3 items and the shipping total is $14
How quickly will my order ship?
Our Jewelry is made to order right here in Brooklyn NY! You will
feel even MORE special knowing that your jewelry was made just
for you. Typically items are completed in two weeks, we will email
you if it will be longer (or if you need it quickly email us to
ask how long an order will take).
How can I get it faster?
We ship USPS Priority (insured and delivery signature required).
We have found the USPS to be the safest shipping method. If you
need expedited shipping, please email us and set up a shipping
method. We will contact you with details of shipping rates for
the service you have requested.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. Contact us at sales@donovansmithdesign.com for rates. International shipments are nonreturnable.
What is the policy on returns?
Purchases can be returned for a partial refund, less shipping, within
3 days from delivery date as long as product is in its original
condition and returned to us with the original packing, inserts,
tags etc. Because we make our jewelry for each order, to cover
our operating costs we can only refund 85%. Returns are not accepted
on special orders or 'til death rings. All returns are subject
to DSDS terms of use and we are not liable for the shipping charges.

How do I return an item?
Email us at sales@donovansmithdesign.com with the details of the
item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return and we
will happily process your return. You should receive an email with
instructions within 7 days from the receipt of your request.
What if the product arrives damaged?
We take every care to inspect and pack our products in an effort
to ensure it arrives in a pristine condition. If by any chance
damage does occur, please contact us immediately via email at sales@donovansmithdesign.com within five working days of shipment receipt to arrange for a replacement.
Please keep the original item and all packing material.

What is your privacy policy?
DSDS HATES SPAM! Nothing spoils a morning like an inbox full of unwanted
emails! You can sign up for our mailinglist (and we hope you do!)
to receive updates but don't worry, these emails are pretty infrequent...
Every once in a while we may notify all of our customers by email
about things we think are especially amazing . If you do not wish
